    Domestic Flights Rules and Regulations

    1. Ticketing through Safar.com is in accordance with the laws and regulations of the country's e-commerce. Any violation in the process of purchasing and issuing tickets is prosecuted.     2. According to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Organization, the flight operator is responsible for delays in flying, premature flights or cancellation of flights.

    3. Safar.com is not responsible for any miss information. Therefore, in order to correct the information, the passenger is obliged to cancel the ticket and buy a new one. According to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority, patients with cardiovascular, dialysis, respiratory, anemia, uncontrolled diabetes, patients taking certain drugs related to the immune system, pregnant women or any patient for whom air travel is prohibited are required. Have a medical license when boarding a plane and are also required to bring medication related to their illness.

    8. It is illegal to sell the ticket to another person.

    9. If a flight is delayed for more than two hours or canceled completely, no penalty will be charged to the passenger and the amount will be fully refund. In this case, it is necessary to complete the return or cancellation form of the flight, which is stamped by the airline at the airport, and return the entire amount from the airline. Naturally, this is not the case for a return flight operated by another airline and will likely be subject to a cancellation penalty.

    13. Passenger must at the airport at least one hour before the flight time.

    Terms and conditions for international flights

    1. Make sure of your visa validation before peruse to buy the tickets.
    2. Issuance of international one-way ticket is possible with providing permanent resident of destination. 
    3. There must be at least six months remained of expiry date of passenger’s passport by the returning time.
    4. Check the visa requirements of the destination country and transit countries before booking your ticket. Refund of foreign flight tickets is subject to a fine.
    5. Check the length of stopping time at different airports in transit. Due to the different stopping times at transit airports, if a passenger loses a flight, it is necessary to obtain a transit visa and extend it.
    6. To avoid missing flight, pay attention to the airport distance and pay attention to the flight information announcements at the airport.
    7. If you have American or Canadian visa, you can only transit to one European destination. You will need a Schengen visa if you’re willing to stay in more than one destination in a European country.

    Terms and conditions of online bus ticket purchase

    1. Enter your valid email address and phone number while buying a ticket online since your purchase details will be sent to them.
    2. You can buy up to seven seats in each purchase. If you require more seats you should make another purchase.
    3. Your presence at the station at least 30 minutes before the departure is necessary for receiving the ticket you bought online.  
    4. Ticket Cancelation should be done at least 2 hours in advance.
    5. Ticket cancelation is only possible to members. In this case, register for membership before cancelation.
    6. in case of cancelation for domestic directions, 10% of the price will be deducted and the balance returns to your account.
    7. It is not possible to cancel return ticket for international directions. For that matter you can only go to the seller company in person and do the procedure.
    8. Georgia’s entering condition is to book a return ticket and pay the fee to the Georgian bus company. Therefore, tickets from Iran to Tbilisi and Batumi are non-refundable.
    9. Overseas tickets are allowed to be refunded up to 24 hours before departure and are subject to a 10% penalty. After that will be a 50% penalty.

    Terms and conditions of online purchase of train tickets

    1. If travelling with an infant, the child option must be used, otherwise the amount of insurance (ten percent of the ticket price without space) will be considered.
    2. Children between 2 to 12 years old are considered half-price, so the child option should be used.
    3. Ticket issuance for children under 6 years old in the special compartment for women includes no problem. In case the child is older, ticket is dismissed.
    4. In case of improper use of quotas, the ticket will be refunded.
    5. Avoid receiving tickets under someone else’s name or damaged.
    6. Ticket must be under the passenger’s name. avoid using nicknames or anything else.
    7. In case of round trips, there must be at least three hours between arrival and the nest departure. Otherwise, possibility of missing the train is the passenger’s responsibility.  
    8. You can reserve a ticket with meals at least 24 hours before the departure.

     

    Private Cabin

    1. Since reserving under duplicated names in the platform is not available, use the “private cabin” option. First, enter the exact number and information of passenger(s) and then click on the private cabin. Otherwise it won’t be a private one.
    2. To have a private cabin, If the number of passengers is less than the number of seats in the cabin, you must select the "private cabin" option and enter the actual number of guests in the appropriate field. notice that: The names of all the guests must be registered in the details section.     Printed Ticket

     

    1. With the option “print ticket” that is shown on the ticket display, print your ticket and use it to enter the train.
    2. There will be a fair for printing at the station.
    3. The ticket must be printed on white A4 paper. Avoid printing on labeled and unclear papers.
    4. If the ticket is not printed, in case of any damaged the responsibility is on the passenger.

     

    Refund

     

    1. Tickets provided from the Safar.com website can be refund at the ticket issuing center up to one hour after issuance, provided that the train does not move and the sales center is open.
    2. According to the rules of the Railway Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran, train tickets in all agencies (during working hours of agencies) can be refund by presenting a valid ID card. According to the following regulations, it won’t be necessary to be present at the agency:
    • returning before 12 o’clock of a day before departure would have a 90% refund.
    • From 12 o’clock of a day before departure until three hours before departure, would have a 70% refund.
    • Returning less than three hours would have 50% refund.
    • There is no refund after the departure.
    1. Tickets purchased online from Safar.com can also be refunded in accordance with the railway laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
    2. It is possible to return train tickets online up to 90 minutes before the train leaves, after that you must visit the agency office in person to return the ticket.
    3. Ticket refund that have been eligible for damages is possible only in person at the agency and by presenting the passenger ID card and a hard copy of the ticket.
    4. To return the ticket in the agency, bring a printed ticket and a passenger ID card with you.
    5. Due to the fact that the registration time of the train refund request is calculated based on the refund registration time in the relevant railway company. Therefore, to ensure the timely registration of your application, please consider 10 minutes earlier than the time stated in the rules. Unless otherwise stated, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking. No variation to these Terms & Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Safar.com. To secure a booking, the full payment amount is required to be paid up front.

    The customer acknowledges payment to the overall costs of equipment, running costs, staffing, administration costs etc. Safar.com and partners will have incurred the largest part of its costs before the actual date of booking commencement. The cancellation policy for each listing is made available on our website at each listing page, during the reservation procedure, and also included on the confirmation email.

     Customer Cancellation

    By making a reservation with a Supplier, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that Supplier, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the Supplier that may apply to your visit or stay (including the fine print of the Supplier made available on our Platform and the relevant house rules of the Supplier), including for services rendered and/or products offered by the accommodation provider (the delivery terms and conditions of an accommodation provider can be obtained with the relevant accommodation provider). The general cancellation and no-show policy of each Supplier is made available on our Platform on the Supplier information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email or ticket (if applicable). 

    Customer Change of Booking

    If you wish to make changes to your booking please contact the hotel or tour operator directly and allow at least 48 hours in advance.

     Safar.com Cancellation

    Safar.com reserves the right to cancel the Customer's tour or hotel booking, however, cancellations will not normally occur unless unforseen circumstances such as civil or political unrest, 'force majeure,' flight cancellations, or where minimum numbers have not been reached. In the event of these circumstances Safar.com will reinburse customers the full consideration amount, minus any incurred currency and transaction costs.

    Changes due to Safety Concerns 

    Exceptional circumstances can sometimes occur due to 'Force Majeure', weather, local political conditions, natural disasters (including earthquakes, landslides, and severe flooding), strikes, entry or border difficulties, mechanical breakdowns, flight cancellations, sickness or other unforeseen circumstances. Under these circumstances where affecting the health and safety of the tour group, tour operators reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary to minimize risks. Searching for Iran cannot be held responsible for delays and alterations in the schedule, or for expenses incurred as result of any delay or alterations arising from any such circumstances.

    General Travel Advice

The customers are expected to be adequately insured to their travel plans. Safar.com accepts no liability if the Customer (a) chooses to cancel a booking because of travel advice or (b) is not adequately insured to travel.
